June 6th, 2011 at 6:38 PMI use lavender to relax and when I feel sick or have a headache or stressed i use peppermint and i rub it under my nose to smell it throughout the day. I love coconut oil for moisture and an all day smell. I love things that smell great!
June 6th, 2011 at 6:39 PMMy favorite aromatherapeutic oil is classic and calming lavender! When I come home from a really stressful work week, I just take a nice hot shower and then spritz myself with lavender perfume and dab a few drops of lavender calming oil on my wrists and behind my ears, on the pulses. I then instantly feel more relaxed and I unwind into a deep relaxation. It is the best medicine for stress! Thank you lavender for being my best friend 🙂
June 6th, 2011 at 6:40 PMMy favorite aromatic oil is orange blossom. I’m not sure what it is for,but it smells so good. I have only found it one time in the brand I like so much, so I have kept the empty bottle and still smell it every once in a while. The smell is just about gone 🙁

June 6th, 2011 at 9:51 PMI love the calming effects of the lavender aromatherapeutic oil, especially after a long, stressful day. This year has been especially trying, and sometimes it’s just nice to leave the world and all it’s troubles behind, and have a little ‘me’ time. It gives me that extra little boost to face all of life’s struggles.
June 6th, 2011 at 10:35 PMI agree lavender is great, though I have a soft spot for tea tree oil. I know some people think it’s stinky, but it helps me a lot with congestion and gets me moving in the mornings.
