The third annual Fashion’s Night Out – Thursday, September 8, 2011 – is even bigger and better than ever. Now in 17 countries (from the U.S. to Italy to even India), and all fifty states, Canada and Puerto Rico, the extravagant after-hours shopping party tempts with celebrities, designers and star performances along with special buys, complimentary beauty treatments and champagne – lots of champagne. Here in New York City, retailers’ schedules are chock-a block full of enticing events complete with beauty gift bags and spa nights. Independent Fashion Pop Up Shop – Opia Restaurant & Lounge – 130 East 57th Street – New York – 5-10 pm:Â Peruse sales and new season exclusives, sip on cocktails and enjoy complimentary pampering at the Beauty Bar. The first 100 shoppers will receive goodie bags.
Dolce & Gabbana Passion Duos Fashion’s Night Out – 825 Madison Avenue – New York – 6-11 pm:  Experience the new Passion Duo Lipstick and visit the ladies’ makeup artist bar and men’s grooming bar. Personalized Dolce & Gabbana T-shirts featuring your Passion Duo portrait taken by Roxanne Lowit will be sold exclusively at the event.
Kate Walsh, Actress and Founder of Boyfriend Fragrance – Sephora – 5 Times Square –  New York – 6-7 pm – and – Sephora 5th Avenue – 8-9 pm:  Meet Kate Walsh and discover your perfect shade of red with complimentary red lip applications from Sephora beauty experts – all the while mingling and sipping champagne.
The Plaza Beauty – One W. 58th Street – New York – 6-11 pm: Â Enjoy an evening of fabulous giveaways, amazing offers and complimentary pampering and gifts, including the chance to win a Jemma Kidd Make Up School bundle worth $300, as well as luxurious products and accessories from names like Caron, Azagury Fragrance, Debra Sylar Jewelry and more.

Color Club’s Mobile Color Bar – MPD @13th Street & 9th Avenue – New York – 6-11 pm:  The newly launched nail brand has taken its brush to a vintage Good Humor Ice Cream Truck, which will be serving up nail polish in every color of the rainbow, including the limited edition FNO Red.
Swarovski Elements/Henri Bendel – 712 Fifth Avenue – New York – 3-11 pm:  Enjoy a series of FNO activities ranging from crystallized hair and nail makeovers by Frederic Fekkai to a dazzling tattoo parlor set up in the retailer’s Fifth Avenue windows. Special Henri Bendel tattoos made with Swarovski Elements will be available for purchase throughout the night and artists will be on hand to apply them to guests.
