MEET SHARON DORRAM – A-LIST NEW YORK CITY COLORIST
If I could choose to sit in the chair of any colorist and have her do her own thing, without a doubt it would be Sharon Dorram, known for her low-maintenance color reminiscent of children’s hair with its envy-inducing natural highs and lows. After graduating college and attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and Winchester School of Arts in the United Kingdom she trained under Louis Licari and worked with some of the world’s most prestigious stylists such as John Sahag, Oribe, Frédéric Fekkai, and Peter Coppola. She’s been the spokesperson for major haircare brands including Nexxus and Matrix and was also the named Creative Consultant for the John Frieda brand.

Margret Avery is a renowned makeup artist who’s been in the business for 30+ years for a very good reason…when she’s got a makeup brush in her hand, it’s pure magic! She’s done makeup on numerous beauty icons and all time greats like Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Barbra Streisand and Goldie Hawn, worked with major fashion and beauty brands including J.Crew and L’Oreal and has been featured in too-many-to-count magazines such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Vanity Fair. She recently worked on the campaigns for Kensie, Nanette Lepore and Catherine Malandrino with the photographer Haley Ballard — you’ll see them in the Fall/Winter ’15 magazin
