I eat lots of vegetables and fruit and try to drink enough water…no sugary drinks.

May 17th, 2016 at 10:48 PMThe foods that I eat to keep my skin healthy are the fruits and vegetables that are loaded with water like spinach, cucumbers, pineapples, watermelon, and apples. If I don’t drink enough water at least I know that I am making it up in what I eat. I eat my way to fabulous skin by eating small meals throughout the day. This keeps me full longer and I can monitor what I eat and make sure that I eat healthy and in portions.
May 18th, 2016 at 5:05 PMWe believe great skin definitely starts with the inside, out. Fresh, in season, fruits and vegetables are a must, with a healthy balance of lean meats and protein. Water is also key for a glowing, beautiful complexion.

I take my vitamins, drink a lot of water and eat a lot of raw veggies. I wish I could eat better so I am always searching for products and tools to help me in my quest for beauty.
