    I eat lots of vegetables and fruit and try to drink enough water…no sugary drinks.

    I eat lots of fruits and raw veggies, including in my smoothies, and keep my intake of water up. I limit sugar and salt intake.

    The foods that I eat to keep my skin healthy are the fruits and vegetables that are loaded with water like spinach, cucumbers, pineapples, watermelon, and apples. If I don’t drink enough water at least I know that I am making it up in what I eat. I eat my way to fabulous skin by eating small meals throughout the day. This keeps me full longer and I can monitor what I eat and make sure that I eat healthy and in portions.

    We believe great skin definitely starts with the inside, out. Fresh, in season, fruits and vegetables are a must, with a healthy balance of lean meats and protein. Water is also key for a glowing, beautiful complexion.

    I tweeted my comment, not sure if it worked but- with work,school,and aheroin addicted daughter, I find I eat less than I should. I take my vitamins, drink a lot of water and eat a lot of raw veggies. I wish I could eat better so I am always searching for products and tools to help me in my quest for beauty.

    I eat low fat and ‘good’ carbs.I’m gradually adding organic foods, but since they are more expensive, some weeks it’s a financial challenge.
