NARS Loves New York
It’s as if the creative geniuses at NARS Cosmetics were reading my mind. This summer the makeup artist brand has two limited editions dedicated to the two cities in my life – New York and San Francisco. I reside in New York, but my family and heart are in San Francisco.

Orgasm Blush, a classic shade in the line, is still one of the most wearable blushes I’ve ever encountered.

The NARS Loves San Francisco ($75) collection reflects the taste of the modern women of that city – still somewhat earthier and always aware of the city’s 60s history. This set too comes in a soft zip pouch and Nars Loves San Francisco box. The set includes: Haight Asbury Duo Eyeshadow, a metallic green paired with dove gray; Angel Island Eyeshadow, a sheer lilac shimmer; Golden Gate Bridge Blush, a sheer, shimmering 24k gold; and Alamo Nail Polish, a subtle, sexy, beautiful bronze pink.
