INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT: RESVERATROL
An extremely potent antioxidant derived from grapes, blueberries and even cocoa, resveratrol was catapulted into the spotlight in 2006 when a National Institutes of Health study found that it improved the health of overweight aged mice.
