Cold outside air plus dry indoor air plus wind is the season’s winning combo that explains why your skin, hair and nails are drier than usual. If you want to glow with head to toe health and radiance it’s a no-brainer. You need to up your hydration game!

  • Drink 8-12 glasses of water per day. You can stick to the lower end if you’re sedentary and the higher end if you exercise.
  • Eat water-based foods like soups, fruits and vegetables.
  • Use a humidifier to add more moisture to the air.
  • Add in some extra moisturizing treatments to your beauty regimen.

Kopari Coconut Melt ($36) is the ultimate multi-tasker. Made from 100% organic coconut oil you can use it to hydrate and nourish your hair, scalp, skin and nails. Slick it on your lips for a nourishing and protective lip balm. Slather it on your face to remove your makeup. Let it penetrate your hair as a deep conditioning hair mask. Rub it into your body as a moisturizing balm. Massage into your cuticles as a treatment. This melt is safe for all skin and hair types and is even gentle enough to use on babies.

Londontown Lakur ($16 each) will help keep your fingernails and toenails healthy and strong. It’s infused with the brand’s proprietary Florium Complex, a healing combo including Coconut Oil, Lavender Oil and Evening Primrose Oil to hydrate, as well as Cucumber, Chamomile, Biotin and Vitamins A & E for added strength. Available in almost every shade under the sun.

Honest Beauty Beyond Hydrated Shampoo ($20) is formulated with antioxidants and coconut juice for added essential vitamins, proteins and amino acids to keep your hear healthy, hydrated and gorgeous. For best results, wash with tepid to warm water (never hot!) to prevent dry scalp and hair. You’ll also want to use the brand’s Beyond Hydrated Conditioner ($20) which also contains coconut juice as well as sweet almond oil to soften and add shine.

Farmacy Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask ($56) counteracts dry skin, fine lines and wrinkles and a dull, dehydrated complexion. To use, simply apply a thick layer of the mask to your face and massage it in for up to two minutes. The mask will warm and turn into a white cream. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing with tepid water to reveal softer, smoother, glowing skin. The mask is made up of honey, ginger root extract, B vitamins, propolis, cichoric acid and more for a more moist, supple, younger-looking complexion.

Sephora Collection Almond Foot Mask ($5) is a pair of disposable sock masks soaked in almond extract and hyaluronic acid. Gently wash and dry your feet before slipping the mask-socks on. Then peel away the paper films off the tabs and secure around your ankles. Leave socks on for 20 minutes before removing them. Finish by massaging any excess product into skin.

NOTE: Londontown Lakur was sent for review. All others were tested in store. Opinions are my own.
