July 5th, 2014 at 5:30 AMI would invent a compact that you could open and hold in front of your face and it would tell you what you needed for whatever issues you had going on such as what kind of coverage or concealer or what would be the best eyeshadow to use for your eye color and then the correct application. Then if I really wanted to get futuristic…once the compact deciphered what your face needed then you would push a button and a flash would go off and your face would be transformed accordingly. Yeah, I know – wishful thinking!

But, an added feature (possibly, for a small amount of monies) would allow users to pay for makeup artists that would create a daily makeup look for them (using the products users have put in their inventory) to use or find inspiration with. This would be useful for makeup beginners or persons who love makeup, but have a hard time pulling together looks or knowing what colors work well together. For instance: a user would take photos of their eye palettes and makeup artists would create an eye look based off of the palettes and colors users have in their inventory.
