Nancy Weinberg Simon – Features Editor
Nancy Weinberg Simon is a freelance writer who has been reporting on the beauty industry for almost 20 years. She’s the founder and editor of a beauty and lifestyle blog, TheBeautyWall.com, and was the Beauty Editor at Family Circle magazine from 1997-2007. A lover all things beauty, Nancy has contributed to a wide range of magazines and other publications including Ladies’ Home Journal, Better Homes & Gardens, More, and Weight Watchers magazine. She is a former Manhattanite, who now lives with her husband, children, and two very large cats, just outside of NYC. Denise is an award-winning freelance health and beauty writer in New York City. She is also the editorial director for several plastic surgery portals including Consumer Guide to Plastic Surgery and All About Facial Rejuvenation. Sandra Evans – Marketing Director
With 16 years of experience as a senior art director, producer, and graphic designer, Dallas native Sandra is well-versed in print, TV, video, and corporate identity, as well as skin care and beauty, marketing planning and production…and in both English and Spanish. Sandra is adept at making connections and fostering relationships among clients, their customers and suppliers, and the third party vendors who complete every marketing circle. In her most recent position, Sandra added senior management to her credentials, directing her team in all aspects of branding—consumer research, creative concept, marketing and advertising strategy, website and social media presence, print materials and promotional events—for a young company and its product line. Sandra is addicted to beauty products, fashion and, loves core fusion, art, traveling, and spending time with her husband Mark, her daughter Emma and her two cavaliers; Niles and Winston.
Paige Herman-Axel – Beauty Contributor
The brain behind the beauty blog InsiderBeautyBuzz.com and the innovative self-tan remover, Bronze Buffer, Paige Herman-Axel has more than 15 years of experience writing about beauty and skincare. Her past stints have included beauty editor positions at Gotham, Hamptons and Los Angeles Confidential magazines before she was the founding editor of NewBeauty. Paige has done projects for various publications and websites, skincare companies big and small, dermatologists and plastic surgeons. In the rare time spent away from her computer, Paige can be found shuttling her young son to and from basketball practice, or playing fetch with her Havanese puppy, Nugget.
