    My favorite edible treat, is a cup of plain yogurt mixed with a half cup of mixed berries and a table spoon of honey w/ a tablespoon of wheat germ… Very healthy and very yummy.

    I take a piece of kale & spread hummus on it. Then I add slices of my veggies ( peppers,cucumbers…anything works) & wrap it up like a burrito. Yum!

    I make a Low Cal Pecan Raisins Granola Bar it’s good & very filling on the run i grab bottle of water celery w/peanut butter w/few raisins and plain yogurt on very yummy I couldnt get it all to fit when i tweeted lol

    My favorite is Blackberries! When I want something sweet I reach for them instead on candy and when I want salty & crunchy I eat roasted, sea salted seaweed.

    Chocolate/Banana/Strawberry frozen smoothies! They are healthy and curb my sweet tooth! Easy to make and surprisingly low in calorie and high in protein (I make em with whey protein) and PERFECT for a warm summer night!!!
