The 17th Annual Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Beauty Awards recognized the most innovative beauty products of the year across 26 categories including cosmetics, hair care, skin care, sun care and more.  The CEW Beauty Awards is the only awards program where the winners are determined exclusively by over 4,000 beauty insiders and professionals working in the beauty industry.
