5 FABULOUS FRAGRANCES FOR VALENTINE’S DAY

Clinique Calyx ($52)
A clean and energizing scent, Clinique Calyx combines citrus notes and a floral heart, as well as lush greens in one sleekly curved bottle. Originally introduced in 1986 (by Prescriptives), this classic scent paved the way for fruity floral scents steering clear of the dramatic, traditional floral oriental path of the time. The blue and pink swirl design with a gem-encrusted lid also has a charm that dangles from it, bearing the semblance of a piece of jewelry. Wear the scent yourself (ginger and juicy Mandarin opening notes, red currant, pink peony, wisteria and orange flower), or present it on Valentine’s Day a gift to someone special, especially one that falls into the “darling” category.

If you think you’d rather not smell like laundry on date night, think again.
