NP SET LIP GLOSS - Australian born, Hollywood based, celebrity make up artist Napoleon Perdis has made my lips very happy. His line of affordable make-up sold at Target gives me new inspiration to march through the store with (what seems like) my never ending shopping list of boring essentials.  The colors are great. I adore Maldives and Island. I like them on their own, as well as layered. The glosses have a fruity-tooty scent that may be too heavy for some, but I don’t mind it and my kids love it. On all NP Set products they offer a “What’s in it for me?” clause on the packaging. In the case of these great glosses, they contain shea butter and avocado oil. In addition, they are 98% paraben free. One more bonus, since the glosses are in clear tubes with a white cap, they are easy to spot in even the most over stuffed purse.
FINAL VERDICT:Â BOB (Beauty on a Budget) At $15 each, these great glosses are a no-brainer. Â Available at Target.
