    I on rare occasion go for facials, at home I cleanse and care for my skin daily using over the counter products best suited to my skin.

    In the new year, I plan to drink lots of water to keep my skin hydrated, go for regular microdermabrasion facials to get rid of unevenness and acne scars, use my clarisonic regularly to get rid of blockages, and use sunscreen every single day. I am also going to take supplements for my skin and make sure I moisturize well at night.

    In 2013, I will achieve and maintain a radiant complexion by sticking to a regimen, instead of going strong for about a week, and then forgetting to do the steps. I also vow to eat healthier and drink more water than caffeine (at the moment it’s the other way around with me).

    I normally get about 7 hours of sleep. Good on that.. Keep using my Retinol A at night, drink more water, stay out of sun and eat more fruits and veggies. I also exfoliate with scrub twice a week

    Fresh air, exercise, water, and now that I am older, tons of sunscreen even when there is no sun, after shower moisturize body and good morning and night facial moisturizers. Not sure it is doing any good, but at least my skin isn’t as flaky. Best of luck everyone.

    I am going on an allergen-free diet for my health concerns and detoxing gently, which will help my skin. I am also getting a careful amount of sun, which is very needed here in coastal WA, and which I find really helps the health of my skin and my whole body. I am trying to use all-natural or non-toxic stuff around the house and on my skin. My diet and skin regimen, however, are limited to my means- I do not have a job right now and am on food stamps. It is tough to stay healthy, and I usually only have shampoo to wash my face and body, and don’t do anything else for my skin. I’d like to change that. Winning this prize would help!

    I’m also hoping to get electrolysis this year, someone promised it to me as a gift, since I have PCOS and thyroid problems and have a bad case of hirsutism, which really messes up my skin and bothers me a lot. My hormone problems, allergies, and medicine cause me to break out and to swell and have puffy eyes, so I really think this skincare set would help me immensely. Thanks for the opportunity.

    To keep my skin healthy this year my routine will definitely not be changing much, i always drink lots of water, never ever go to sleep with makeup on (since this usually clogs your pores, causing not just acne but also bigger looking pores, and yh… nobody wants that! hehe), i also use a sensitive skin cleanser, followed by either a night cream or a moisturizer with SPF protection.(depending obviously whether is night or morning time) I also use an eye cream (twice a day). And last… once a week i do a mask and a scrub.
