Flowers. They’re gorgeous to look at, intoxicating to breathe in, and have many major benefits when used in beauty products. They can affect your mood and you can expect to get everything from anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties from them. And don’t get me started on floral packaging — It can easily elevate a product from something you shove in a drawer to something you prominently display on your vanity.

Too Cool For School Glam Rock Vampire Kiss Lipstick ($18) is formulated with rose flower water and a fruit combo including pomegranate, mango and pineapple extracts to soothe and plump your lips. This long-lasting lipstick has a satin finish and is available in red and burgundy shades.
Neogen Dermalogy Real Flower Cleansing Water ($22) multitasks as a facial cleanser and toner in one. It’s formulated for all skin types — even sensitive — but is especially helpful for those with oily, combination or acne-prone skin because it balances oil production, and those prone to facial redness thanks to calming and brightening calendula petal extracts.

Moroccanoil Body Soufflé Fleur d’Oranger ($56) is delicately fragranced with an energizing orange blossom scent. Wander Beauty Wanderlust Powder Foundation ($40) can be worn as a full coverage foundation when applied with a sponge, sheer coverage when applied with a brush, or layered on top of liquid or cream foundation for a matte finish. It’s formulated with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory honeysuckle flower extract, hibiscus flower extract to even out skin tone and boost elasticity, safflower flower extract to unclog pores and aloe leaf extract to moisturize and restore suppleness.
