From the tender age of five, Dr. Michael Apa knew that dentistry was his calling. Today, he is a partner in the Rosenthal-Apa Group in New York City, a practice that specializes in non-invasive dentistry. In fact, Dr. Apa is a pioneer in the new approach called Facial Aesthetic Design, which focuses on creating a natural smile to transform the entire facial appearance. Meet London’s Smile Man
Dr. Tim Bradstock-Smith, the man The Financial Times calls “the most fashionable cosmetic dentist in London,” established The London Smile Clinic in 1999. He has subsequently seen his clinic voted Practice of the Year at the Private Dentistry Awards in both 2004 and 2008. As well as heading up one of the coolest and most forward thinking cosmetic dental practices in London, Tim is now one of the UK’s leading spokespeople on cosmetic dentistry. Tim has also mentored many aspiring young cosmetic dentists and is regularly quoted in professional journals.
Dr. Bradstock-Smith qualified from University College Hospital in 1989 and since 1994 has worked exclusively in cosmetic dentistry. Since founding the London Smile Clinic, he has put his reputation as a leading innovator to good use. A keen advocate of procedures and treatments used in the USA, he has successfully introduced many new procedures into the UK, including the revolutionary Inman Aligner, the ’12 week wonder brace’ that can align protruding or misaligned teeth in a fraction of the time taken by conventional procedures. Understanding the importance of a smile that his clients can be truly proud of, Tim is renowned for his skills in creating a more natural finish, steering his clients away from the over-popularized and bland Hollywood smile.
In 2008, Tim became an accredited member of the AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry). He is one of just two UK dentists to have achieved this. Tim is also an accredited member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD), and is now the only dentist in this country to hold an accreditation with the Academies of Cosmetic Dentistry on both sides of the Atlantic.

A 1983 graduate of the Columbia School of Dental Oral Surgery, Michael Kraus, DDS, specializes in cosmetic and rejuvenation dentistry. He runs a thriving practice in mid-town Manhattan, where his reputation for discretion and privacy had garnered him a celebrity and top-level executive clientele.
